Pai Supanich

Pai is a certified sound practitioner who completed her advanced training in Phuket, Thailand—an experience that profoundly enriched both her personal journey and professional practice. She believes that in a world driven by constant movement, responsibility, and survival, everyone deserves a moment to pause. A moment to quiet the noise from the outside, awaken the voice within, and reconnect with their true self before returning to everyday life. Through the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, Pai creates a peaceful space where the mind can settle, the body can relax, and the spirit can renew. Her sessions invite participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the healing power of sound as a pathway to inner balance and presence.
