About the event
Join us for a nurturing and restorative journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honor whatever emotions, experiences, transitions, or grief you may be carrying.
This experience is open to anyone navigating grief, loss, or significant life transitions. We welcome and acknowledge all forms of grief, including the loss of a loved one, relationships, health, identity, dreams, life roles, or other meaningful changes and endings.
Through a blend of somatic education, grounding practices, authentic connection, gentle movement, sound healing, somatic hypnotherapy, reflective journaling, and group integration, participants will be guided in cultivating greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and presence.
This experience is an invitation to show up for yourself, be present with your experience, and create space to honor your grief and life transitions with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Whether you are navigating a recent loss, an ongoing transition, or simply seeking a space for reflection and connection, this workshop invites you to slow down and come home to yourself.
No prior experience is necessary. All parts of you are welcome.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water.
Cost: This is a pay-what-you-can event. We suggest a donation of $25, but our priority is ensuring everyone who wishes to attend can participate. Please contribute whatever amount feels accessible for you.
