Our programs meet people where they are whether you’re seeking peer connection, family support, or grief education for your community. Our support groups, services, programming, and events, take place online as well as in-person in various locations in the greater Long Beach, California area in Orange County, CA.

Peer Support Groups

Facilitated peer groups offering connection, understanding, and shared experience for people navigating grief.

Family Workshops & Activities

Developmentally appropriate support, connection, and practical tools for families. These experiences are offered through partner organizations or by request

1 Day Grief Camp

A one-day, experiential grief camp for children, youth, families, and individuals to connect, reflect, and heal together.

Workshops & Education

Common Ground offers workshops and trainings that help professionals, organizations, agencies, and schools become more grief-informed and responsive to the grief needs of those in their community.

Rituals & Rembrance

We create intentional spaces for honoring loved ones, acknowledging loss, and creating meaning. These can be customized to loss due to death or other types of grief and loss such as loss of relationship, separation, estrangement, ambiguous loss, non-finite loss, or collective grief.
